Invalid Tariff Charges

An automated call from airtel was made on my number 9871487900 and when i came to know its a marketing call i disconected the call. Since then airtel has debited my prepaid account for Rs 30 twice and inspite of repeated complaints no money has been refunded. airtel doesn't have a single evidence which proves that i subscribed to their Mitti Ke Rang Service. i don't have any idea from where i can get help.
