Sim Card Registration Failed

Dear Sir,

15 days (12.08.08) they bared my outgoing becuase of non submission of Local addressproof.after submission of that my Local Address Proof they didnot release the outgoing and they cut my incoming also.

this time my sim is showing Sim card Registration failed.

and when i am speking to Custmer care executive they are talking very bad.
