Not getting Incoming calls from US

I took a pre paid connection from splendid towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh.

The mobile number is 9177295601 . When my friends/relatives/collegues call from US it says as Invalid number.

I have written a mail to 121@airtel and they send me a mail saying like it is a invalid mobile number. When i contact escalation manager & executives they say like there is no technical problem and whenever new series is launched they will have isssues for 45 days.

The excutive says like it happened for 9000 series also. They are not changing my number nor refunding the amount nor rectifying the problem.

Could anyone help me out
