Messages not sending

Hello,

Me, Pooja Gupta with connection No. "9871596980". It has been observed that messages are not delivered to other numbers from last week. In sent items it shows that message has been delivered, but actuaaly it doesn't reach to destination No. Even the balance get deducted. The reason is not understandable.

It is therefore requested that the problem may please be looked upon and short out the same immediately.

An early action is solicited.
