Validity benifits not recieved

Dear sir,
I have been using airtel no 9971937404 for last two years, which makes me one of your valued customer. On 2nd september i had done an easy recharge, as per the scheme i was to get the full talk time and a validity extension of 6 months, out of which five months extension would be carried to my account within 7 days of the recharge. I have not got the benifits of 5 months validity extension till date. Have launched the complaint to the customer care many times but the service has not been provided till date. Even today i had a conversation with a floor manager Namely Durga Prasad but the answers to my queries were not entertained in the logical manner it was more of a manuplation. I being a learned b school graduate do not expect this sort of unprofessionalism from such a big telecom company. In todays time times have changed and the customer retention is must in this era, this mismanagment can not be tolerated.
i request you to please look into this matter with prime priority.
