Airtel prepaid disconnected

I took a new airtel prepaid connection on 16-09, submitting my photograph and voter i card xerox. As my voter i-card was of bokaro and i took a kolkata sim, i got a call from airtel saying that i needed to give a local address proof. I submitted the same, i.e my house agreement xerox tomy retailer from whom an airtel agent collected it.

It is 29-09 today and my connection has still not been restored. My phone number is 9007435894.
