Echarging through internet

Hi all,

When i was trying to recharge my prepaid account through internet, am getting a mesage after entered all the details (mobile number, amount to be recharged and location) recharge can not be processed at this time. i have been trying this since september middle. but i couldn't finish the process. may i know the exact reason for it is not working? am not here to receive this kind of response from the service provider. its frustrating me. if they can't consider these kind of issues, why they are providing online recharging facility to their customers?

am very much annoyed by having airtel prepaid. please make sure this does not happen again.
