REGARDING FAILURE OF SMS RECHARGE COUPON

My airtel mobile no is 9717336839...

Recharge SMS coupons are not becoming successful on my number...

and even customer care executives are not attending us properly...

this problem is coming from many days...

i ve first made complint on 3-oct and complaint no is 1003334264...

they made us to wait for 48 hrs... but no action was being taken...

nxt complaint was on 5 oct.. n complaint no. was not given to me even on asking them...

agn no action...

nxt complaint was on 8 oct n complaint no was 1008345922...

and also customer care executives disconnect our call without giving us proper information...

pls look into this matter urgently...
