Airtel Prepaid
Reg. Vaspack

My mobile No.9790050253 and it is airtel prepaid. Without my permission a total sum of Rs.30/- has been deducted towards vaspack subscription. (Two times @ Rs.15/- each). If I try to lodge complaint to your customer care neither getting connection nor proper response.

In fact I do not know what is vaspack and I did not avail any such facility on my above number. The company has to recredit the above amouunt immediately or otherwise I shall lodge complaint to the concerned authorities and TRAI as well.

This practice should immediately be stopped.
