Airtel Prepaid
Unexpected charge of no use

Its vijay having the airtel no. 9893826703. my problem is that whenever my account is more than Rs. 5 than than there is deduction of charge unnecessarily without any usage of it. and always the is a message that "thanks your last call amounted Rs.5" so kindly let the problem be solved. for i dont have any extra service from airtel. so why the hell there is always there is deduction of any service when no such service is active on my mobile.
