Mobile services disconnected without info and reson

I took a post paid connection from airtel mobile no 9810154924 .After using it for two months i applied for disconnection but Airtel offered me to convert the postpaid to lifetime prepaid. Airtel executive visited my residance and got the migration form filled and collected ID and residance proof.

prepaid connection worked for 10 days after that mobile srvices were discontinued without informing the reason. I have spent more than Rs. 200 in attempt to log a complint at 9810198101 but all the time line busy or customer care executive kept on talking to each other and kept me on hold and later on disconnected the phone. I wrote more than 10 mails to 121 and nodal officer at delhi all in vain it seems airtel has gone in dormat condition
