Rubbish service I had experienced

I am trying to activate GPRS service on my Moto L9 cellphone 9975077794 but these pune customer care guys are always given wrong information in rude language. They dont have sence HOW TO SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER. Airtel customer care people behaves like seek. Either they are uneducated or they are unexperienced.
