I recharged with the sum of 110.00/- at 3 March because I got a message from airtel to recharge with 110 and get a 1 year validity. i got a 1 year validity but my plan will be change Before recharge my plan was Airtel Campus But After recharge the plan will be Airtel Friends by Airtel. I also complain costomer care as well as cutomer relationship center 5-6 times but no action will be taken by them. I also sends mail to 121@airtelindia.com but i can't get positive response from airtel. Now 72 hours have gone but no action has been taken by Airtel.
