Worst customer care and cheater company

I am using this airtel prepaid card from 4 years.i have activated NOP (net on phone) service from 5-6 months. It costs Rs 2 per day.10 days ago they deducted 45 Rs.when i called them, they replied that they rightly deducted, as your MMS, AIRTELLIVE service activated. BUT i never activated that services as i am using NOP on my phone. The customercare lady was so arrogant and refused to deactivate that services.3 months before also they deduct 40 50=90Rs from my account unnecessarily. My dad also using airtel prepaid. He never activated halotunes yet, and airtel deducted 30 30=60Rs for two months. Now its too much.anybody getting same problem, please discus with me on vaibhavpatil86@gmail.com.we can make a complaint against them.
