BAD BAD BAD BAB service

I am staying in Chinchwad (Pune). Here the service of airtel is so pathetic that i am about to change my Service (will opt for Idea or Vodafone) which r really better than AIRTEL. We have 5 connection in our house will change in few days if service continues to be so BAD. Hope will get a positive response from you and looking for a Good service if NOT Excellent.
