Airtel prepaid card
Delay in activation

I purchased a prepaid sim card from Sabari Cell City, Nanganallur, Chennai-114 on 4.5.08 bearing sim. No.8991400000060880037 with mobile No. as 9840410433. I have submitted all the relevant documents on 5.5.08, whereas the connection was disconnected due to non-submission of documents. On enquiry with the dealer he stated that all the newly submitted documents were destroyed due to fire accident at the Airtel office where he has submitted, owing to this lot of calls were misdirected. Due to the above stated reason, new application form was submitted along with the relevant documents on 15.5.08 on demand by the dealer. So far the connection is not activated till 20.5.08.
