Airtel Prepaid Connection
Illegal deduction of balance

I am having Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. 9910978602 in Delhi. I find that after every recharge the balance gradually and sometimes steeply goes on reducing even when I have not made much calls. Also the monthly Airtel to Airtel balance in the scheme also meets with the same fate. I think this company should be given some award for cheating the customer by silently eating away his balance sans the calls. When I made complaints at their customer care I was told that details of calls made in prepaid connection cannot be given to the customer.
