Wrong Calls and Verification of information

Hi,

My self Arpit Desai i own a airtel prepaid number 9898898808, My number is on my brother's name Mihir Desai not on anyone else name. Some Manoj Sinh Rana has given my number may be in the reference and may be Manoj have not paid the bill so airtel calls me every month and ask me for the bill and i even don't know who is Manoj. Airtel is not verifying the details given by others and we have to face the problems. many times i have told their executives that i am arpit desai you can verify the details but they don't do it and they keep harrasing me. last week i have also recieved a call from Court asking for Manoj sinh Rana. Now can i get your help in this regards?
