Rs.100.00 has been deducted from my account in January.

When I enquired they replied that you have tried to use Value added service.

Is it legal to debit the customer without prior information?

My complaint No.0125082994 found resolved by customer care officer with out giving clarification on whether it is legal to debit a big amount with out the permission of the customer.

I have not used any value added service which is worth of Rs.100/ or it is not possible in my phone.

Is it possible to get the money back in my account as I have not used any value added service.
