Airtel Prepaid Connection

Sir,

I'm a prepaid customer of Airtel from Jaipur, Rajasthan. 1 & 1/2 Years ago i got new airtel prepaid connection from my name Snehil Meharishi & i submitted my Driving License as proof. Right now i'm in Nairobi (Kenya), i came india in November 09, there i recharged my connection with 1 year validity which was supposed to expire on this coming november 10. But they have barred all of my services now without any reason being in some other country i can't contact these people, so i tried to contact & complaint regarding the same issue, through my friends & relatives but their customer care executive said that this connection was in the name of Mr. Goyal, next time they gave some other excuse bla bla bla. I don't know what's wrong with these people, if i've paid for 1 yr. validity then it should be valid for 1 yr. no matter where i'm.

Please look into this matter & do needful.
