Airtel Prepaid Connection
Unnecessary charges MCA

4 months back I switched Airtel PostPaid to Airtel Prepaid becoz of poor network in my office as well as home and stopped using services from Airtel. Kept the number only for few imp calls. Sent SMS to stop Missed Call Alert service thrice. But in vain. inspite of recieving a confirmation sms that the service MCA has been stopped I am charged Rs 15 everymonth. I have all the sms saved as a proof and I am going to the head office of Airtel in Malad. Pls dont take Airtel connections.
