Airtel Prepaid Connection

Dear Concerned

I got prepaid connection of Airtel some weeks back and the number given to me was 9915083485 but it was closed first saying that identity proof is not sufficient and then it is opened after giving them the identity and now again closed. The shop keeper is saying that it is not his fault but of the Airtel

Kindly let me know about it why it was closed. I doubt that I was given wrong number.
