Airtel -PrePaid Connection
Schemes/Local Packs Activation without consent/information

I have using Airtel Prepaid Connection services for quite a long period of time.

My No. is 9871415270

This is third time i have faced this kind of problem.

On 03-10 i got a message that - Rs. 25 have been deducted for some LOCAL PACK activation. I have never ever given my consent or subscribe for any kind of Local Pack service.

And this is not happening for the first time, my brother has faced this kind of problem thrice and despites of several conversation with Airtel Executives nothing has been done, and finally he changed from Airtel to Idea.

What all is this happening??

Why money has been deducted without any consent from the user??

I have tried 121, 98101 98101 but no option are there to talk to Airtel Executives.
