Not getting offe

My mobile number is 9895719863.I got an sms from AL-130 on 100 on 3rd June at 2:15 pm. The message was "Adipoli offer- Recharge with Rs 100 and get Rs 130 talk time (88.6 Rs41.3 in 2 working days) All local calls at 60ps for 1 month. Hurry offer closes on 6th June".

I recharged the same day at 6:30pm. I got 88.66Rs. Translational ID is 234612182.I didn't get the balance amount till 5th June. So i contacted customer care on 5th June and they told me to wait till 6th June. My request reference number is 0605032560. I again contacted customer care on 6th June and they informed me that they have sent the message to the wrong number and i am not eligible for the offer. My request Reference number is 0606071896.
