Airtel Prepaid Connection
Wrong activation of mobile No.9818594668

Dear sir,

I purchased a nokia phone (model 1209) from Chadha communication, Sarojini Nagar market, New delhi-23 on 19.6.09. There was a promotion scheme and they gave an airtel prepaid connection alongwith the phone. I got this connection activated from Cell-Com, A-20, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi 24 after submission of my ID proof (FORM NO: 0309418415). They activated the mobileNo.9818594668 from SIM NO:8991100901146729223 as per the sticker in the sim card cover. Later on it has come to notice that the SIM No. and the phone number outside the box is different. Chadha comunication, sarojini nagar had made a mistake and has placed a wrong sim and phone number inside the box. This is to inform you that the my ID Proof used to activate mobile No.9818594668 is wrong. Please deactivate the mobile No.9818594668 as the ID proof for activation of this number is not for this number.
