Unsubscribed Cricket messages

On Saturday 19.09.09 I had received a message stating that your cricket message alerts will be activated in 3 days. To unsubscribe call 543212601 with charges of Rs 5 per day.

On Sunday 20.09.09 I had sent one complaint mentioning that when I had not subscribed for any such facility why should I send call for unsubscribing the cricket messages.

Further on 22.09.09 I sent message on No 543212601 that I do not want any cricket messages and that I am least interested in cricket game and i want that sport to be banned. Despite this message sent the messages kept on coming on that day. Fed up with this I rang up the customer care no 121 and contacted mr sagar who promised that the messages will be stopped and Rs 5 deducted will be credited back.

Today on 23.09.09 at 10.09 am i recd one message from 543212 that you have been unsubscribed from Airtel Cricket pack and also later a message from 876 stating that if you are satisfied with the last interaction you had with sagar Sms Yes for which I sent Yes sms.

Later from evening I am continously getting cricket message alerts that is disturbing me in my work for which want a claim for mental torture of Rs 5000/- and also the credit of amount deducted.

Now it's up to Airtel what to do.
