Airtel Prepaid Connection
Unnessary charges on prepaid bill

I am an airtel prepaid customer, but why... God knows airtel company charges criket update charges from my prepaid account or some thing else.many times i have visited airtel customer care centre, also i have talked to service executive at call centre but all in vain, not any solution i have got till today, and every time i recharge my mobile but my account shows negative balance and i am unable to make any call to any body,

so plz do something because i am fed-up with this sort of service that i never expacted from such a large company.
