Airtel Prepaid Connection
Unsolicited introduction of services and deduction for such services provided in my prepaid connection

Sir,

I am a prepaid subscriber of AIRTEL. My mobile phone no: is 9894222918 and I have an AIRTEL prepaid connection with lifetime validity. On 30.10.09 evening, I have recieved multiple SMSs from AIRTEL stating that I have downloaded their packages and have been regularly charged for each with the result that my entire amount of nearly Rs. 375/- has been deducted.

On trying to contact their customer care I only got a recorded message and could not speak to anyone directly. I had sent an email to them and only got an automatic reply with no one from the company making any effort to contact us regarding this complaint.

Kindly advise me how to proceed regarding these unsolicited message and unfair deduction of amount from my prepaid balance.
