Un-necessary cut

I have taken two no.

9892925101 ===> last months and this month uncesssary the deduceted rs 30 each month total rs 60/- with an excuse i activated some "audio services" after my 2-3 days continuous complaint they credited rs 50/- rs 10 is still pending.

now today on second no,

9867931249, they reduced rs 10 saying i have activated matrimonial services which i never did

please credit rs 10 in both the above 2 accounts & stop cheating us.
