Airtel Prepaid Connection
Flash messages received from Airtel and our money dedcuted

Hello,

I am receiving promotional/ Flash messages from Airtel to my cell and for which my money is being deducted. I am facing this problem for the past one month.

I have spoken to many executives thru Air tel customer service- I didn't get any solution- except false promise that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Then I have sent many emails to 121@Airtel.com- Same story no results.

It seems Air tel wants to collect revenue by any means- which is unfair.

I do not know how many customers are facing similar problem. I think this is good way of earning for Airtel every day atleast 10000 customers @ Rs.20 per day they can earn easily Rs.200000/- per day!!!
