Airtel Prepaid Connection
Flash messages from Airtel and charges deducted from our account

Dear Sir,

I am customer of Airtel prepaid cell No. 9902385035

I wish to inform you that Airtel cheating public by sending messages on their own and deducting charges for having sent the messages!!! which we never asked for!!!

Airtel will send Flash message or promotion message to my cell and deduct the charges Rs.0.50 per message and every 15 to 30 minutes one flash message will come from Airtel and siton in our cell. I am loosing everyday almost Rs.15 to 25.

I have complained the issue with the great customer care 121 many a time -no solution and they will inform standard message one unique code and next 24 hours problem will be solved& IN REAL NOTHING WILL BE SOLVED.

Then to keep a record I have sent more than 8 emails to customer care 121@airtel.in- Frankly some silly replies - till date problem is not solved.

IS THEIR ANY COMPLAINT CELL OR COURT, WHERE I CAN GO AND GET JUSTICE.
