Airtel Prepaid Connection
Deducting charges without informing me

Respected Sir/Madam,

My phone number is 9810764683. I have been using prepaid airtel mobile connection for the past several years. From 1st of July on wards, airtel have been deducting charges unnecessary from my account without informing me anything.

I had recharged my mobile with Rs.100 each per day for the last 13 days. Even if I am not using

my mobile for anything, then also airtel will deduct amount from my account, in the end of the day my balance of mobile will be Zero. I have contacted Airtel Customer Care Service several times. When I contacted them, . they would inform me that they will refund my amount whatever they deducted from my

account. But Till this day, they have not solved my problem.

Kindly do the needful immediately. Please inform me why Airtel is deducting charges from

my account without informing me.
