Airtel Prepaid Connection
Gurbani package activated without cutomer's consent

I have never subscribed gurbani pakage. Even then after every 10 days they (Airtel) are decucting Rs.10 from last one month. How to get relief from this and would u please tell me how can I get reimbursement of that money which been duducted without my consent.
