Airtel Prepaid Connection
Service Erro

I am using airtel prepaid connection [number is 09997704561]and I got it recharged with a 1 month validity on 5th June evening and also received the message for the same. But I am having problems that my message sending is failing continously inspite of the fact that there is balance and validity [till July 4th] but receiving messages from other people and my outgoing is allowed but when someone is calling me than the operator says that my number is temperorily out of service.

Looking forward for quick solution.
