Airtel Prepaid Connection
GPRS not Working

Dear Sir,

My self Sandeep Kumar Singh, Residing in Jamshedpur, I had Airtel Prepaid connection, since 1.5year, My GPRS service is working properly when I am within the Circle, But when I go in roaming it dosenot work, I had Given many complains, but customer care dose not responds me I am very faid up of this service, even I pay my monthly rental but they never respond to me.

Pls help me and pls solve my problem.
