Last few months ago I had taken an air tel prepaid connection. One day I had a message that" your subscription to the on demand has been renewed " and they simply deducted Rs 30/-from my account.

I want to know without my knowldege & request how did they deducted the amount from my account. The same has happend to one of my friend also. When twice I contacted the customer care at Cochin (Kerala) dtd.21.07.2008 at 2.11PM they first they disconnected the phone secondtime when i ask they told that their computer has got some problem asked to contact in the evening.

Now I want my money refund back to my account other wise I will publish the matter to every one more than effective of that NEWS PAPER among my friends.

I want this problem to be solved with in 24HRS.
