Intentional Balance Cheating by Airtel

Hi,

Ihave both Prepaid and Postpaid connections.for my prepaid connections I have registered for DND service. Ireescpective of the fact iam receiving Promotional SMS form Airtel and with out my consent for subscription I am being auto renewing to the services which i do not want... and BALANCES ARE BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT DAY AFTER DAY..for those service which i do not want to subscribe..

In this regard I got in touch with the customer care but nothing positive has been hapeening... moreover they are presenting Misinformation regarding my Consent.(Mr. Kanchan Mazumder- Supervisor Cutomer care Executive dated 14/9 at around 00.31a.m)

I BELIVE THIS IS A CHEATING PROMOTED BY AND ONBEALF OF AIRTEL.
