Airtel Prepaid Connection
VERIFICATION PROBLEM

Hello sir..

This is to bring in ur kind notice, my grievience regarding AIRTEL connection. I m using this connection from the last 1 year..the first time i bought the prepaid no. card, i submitted all the details required, but later in may mid they msgd me saying that i need to re-submit my documents wid a passport size photograph..(they didnt called me) i submitted all the documents at the only airtel center which is situated not near to my residing location..still, they didnt re-opened my account for atleast a week. Then i talked to the costumer care center for a lot of times..then finally after 1 and a half week my connection ws activated (incoming and outgoing both close)..

but today on 13 october, i am facing the same problem..i got a message 2 dayz ago..by airtel that due to some problm they were not able to verify my no. so i need to again send verification details. I M FED UP NOW.I M HAVING GREAT REGRET TO TAKING THIS AIRTEL CONNECTION.being a student i have distributed my no. in many important fields, bt right now neither my cell's incoming nor outgoing is working.

not only this... but i m not even allowed to talk to costumer care center.whenever i call on any of there no. i gt automatic calling reply satying that my verification is not done!

if my verification is not done then what they did in the whole may???

This is reallly hurting me a lot.
