Airtel prepaid connection in chandigarh
Disconection of no.on frequent basis

I got a airtel prepaid connention, from shop-Connexions no.251 sector 37 (owner is-.mr. Varun Verma) they given the connection on the basis of my id proof & address proof, i filled up the form and submitted all the formalities required.but durind the course of one week they disconnected my ph.twice, now they are not giving me the proper information & while i dialled the customer care, punjab .(the no is 9815098150) neither my ph is reactivated yet.i am very fed up with this kind of mishandeling of the case.its the poorest customer care i have ever noticed, they deliberately disconnecting the call in the middle of the conversation.
