Undue deduction of Rs. 30.00 from last three months, without request for add on service of jokes. despite several calls to the customer care & registration of complaint, but of no avail. SMS given on 20.1.08 for non requirement of add on joke service on the airtel prepaid connection no. 9818787800, delivered then only, but no action was taken and again the amount for rs. 30.00 deducted. Please take necessary action and re-imburse rs.90.00 with immediate effect in the prepaid account of the above mentioned Mobile No.
