Airtel - Prepaid GSM
Bikinirichalert activated without my permission

Hi,

From past 5 days I am receiving a SMS from 54321, which is the message center of AIRTEL saying that: "You have been renewed for Bikinirichalert-3dayfree subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re 1". After receiving this message immediately Re 1 is deducted from my account.

AIRTEL has activated this alert without my permission. Moreover when I call up their customer care, the executive says that it will be deactivated next day, but it never gets deactivated. Airtel is not able to resolve this issue. I am still receiving the SMS.

I am receiving this SMS from past 5 days and I have lost Rs 5 till today for this.

Please help me to take up this issue to AIRTEL and resolve it as soon as possible.
