Unauthorised charges

Dear Sir,

I have never used subbollywood, Text Based services on Airtel. They have deductedRs7 from my A/c.

2) I have never subscibed to FILMY pack. They have proposed to debit Rs7 every week if I donot send SMS to deactivate. What right the Airtel have to disturb me?
