Few BSNL Prepaid nos are not accessible through my Airtel No

Dear Sir,

When I am dialing 09413004895 as well as 09414650424 from my Airtel prepaid no. 9893945135, I receive a message "PLEASE CHECK DIALLED NUMBERS-THE DIALLED NUMBER IS NOT ACCEPTIBLE."

I am trying to connect to 121 for last 6-7 days with no response. 121 is not working. I feel myself in a circle of dialing 1 for English then 4 for some other thing and then 9 for talking to customer care executive... and in the mean time the computer throws me again to begining of the menu.

I am astonished what to do... whom to contact... There is no online link on company's website to launch a complaint...!
