Unable to make calls on BSNL Fixed 02997200285 series of Jaisalmer (Rajasthan Region)

I am not able to make calls from my Airtel prepaid Mobile to BSNL's WLL lines of 02997200285 series of Village Chandhan, Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). I lodged complaint with Airtel Customer customer care on 11 Jun 09 and reference number is 0611332167. So far no action has been taken. Whenever i try to make call the error message is coming "Number not in use". I am able to make calls from BSNL, Tata Indicom, Reliance or Vodaphone mobiles to BSNL WLL lines of 02997200285 series of Village Chandhan, Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) but not from Airtel moblie. This problem has been continue for last three months.
