Hi,

My mobile number is 9008430248.

I have been following on complaint number 0626049574 since 26th Jun and no resolution happen yet. Here is details of my communication with Airtel:

On 26th morning I checked airtel web site, found that on Rs. 199 recharge I will get Lifetime validity & 95.02 Rs talktime (Downloaded PDF from airtel is attached).

I got a message with transaction number 35754824, saying that recharge has been completed successfully. But I didn’t get any validity & talktime.

Then I registered a complaint on 26th Jun with Bharath TM. Complaint number is 0626049574, he assured me that I will get a call back by 3PM on the same day, unfortunately I didn’t get any call.

Then I again called on 1st July and spoke to Prasad, he assured me that this will get resolved in 48 working hours. Call reference number is 30701078579, unfortunately nothing happened in that time period.

Then I again called on 3rd July and spoke to Shree, she assured me that this will get resolved in 48 working hours. Call reference number is 070302974900, unfortunately nothing happened in that time period as well.

Today morning I called again and spoke to Asha, she said I need to register one more complain, I said no I don’t want to register any new complaint, then she said she can’t help me. Call reference number is 0706067261.

Then I called to Nodel Officer (Mr. Madhu), he told me please send PDF & he will take care of this complaint.

It was really a frustrating experience dealing with Airtel.
