Deactivation of sim after 3 months

I have been issued a prepaid sim of Air tel in April BEARING MOB. NO 9668711748 from Bhadrak- Orissa.. The required documents were submitted on same day and there after I as using the sim up to 15th July'09. In the month of June a call was received from Air tel that this call is for verification and the questions asked were satisfactorily replied. But suddenly on 15 th July it was noticed that the incoming and outgoing services has been stopped. It as enqiured from customer care and was comunincated that the identification proof and photo has to be submitted to any Air tel centre. The said doc. were submitted on 18 July but sim was not activated. The cutomer care is not replying satisfactory answer neither the sim is being activated. It is to be requested that pl. get the sim activatee immediately. Still it has the balance of approx. 800 Rs. and also charged with power plan for 6 months (STD rates). If still the care is not being taken I will have to move in consumer court for comensation for the looses and mental torchure.
