Downloading Charges

Dear Sir,

I am using prepaid service of Airtel and my mobile number is 9650341363. I had not opted for internet connectivity on my mobile. However a private message had been forwarded by Airtel on 07/10 and when it was opened it downloaded a webpage deducting Rs.30/- from my prepaid balance. Request your kind intervention on this issue.
