Unauthorized charges

My prepaid mobile No.9915952461 of Chandigarh.

I purchased a recharge for Rs.555/- on 16.3.2008.

The next day i.e. on 17.3. the balance was showing Rs.435.77 without making even a single call from my mobile.

Nobody is coming up from your customers service centre to help me.

Can you help me describe why amount of appxtmly Rs.145 has been deducted.
