Daily deduction of 1.50

Hi,

There was scheme nearly 4 months ago when the STD charges were 2.50/-, that monthly deduction of 1.50/- will enable us to call STD for 1.50/- per min. Recently Airtel declared that the STD charge is 1.50/- per min flat for all tariff plans. So there is no need of daily deduction. I have called Customer support 1 month ago and mentioned the problem. She logged the request and told that within 48 hours, my request would be proceesed. But nothing happend. I called several times again and even wrote the mail to 121@airtelindia.com I only got the assurance, but nothing happened. Even the customer support person told that they call only forward the request.
