Regarding customer care

Dear Sir,

My name is Nitin Kumar & my mob. no. is 09971353255. I have a problem regarding internet on my mobile. So i have a call on customer care (198) on 19-07.The customercare exicutive not solved my problem & disconnect the line. After some time i have tried to contact customer care by same no. But line not goes to customer care by 198 & 121.

I contact to customer care by other no. The executive solved my problem. But i am not contact to customer care by 09971353255 no till now. May be locked by first customer executive. Pls open my no for customercare.
